this is the rule of thirds. i have stretched it to shape and moderated the color and lighting on photoshop. 

shutter speed (expermanting with the lowest to highest)

32 made it blur so you can only see the outline of wem  and the car looks invisable 

2.8 you can see clearly with this speed and it has made the truck blur

4.5 you can see the car and it looks very fast. it looks like it has 4 weels in front and the back. You cant see the signs 

2.5 only blurred a bit 

  3.8 you can see the signs and the van has blurred 

think the cars stopped annoyingly
